The seeds come out quite easily, but the fruits are small so removing them takes time and can be messy.
You could pass them through a seive or food mill.
That's good to know about the yellow one as I would have happily had one of those because they look really good. But if the flavour isn't good then I'll give it a miss.
A grey, plastic, kidney shaped container attached to the waistband of my trousers via a metal clip. The inside curve fits against the hip. Inside the container are small, bright red, oval shaped cornellian cherry berries.
Yes. It's the same shape as the fruit and very smooth.

One of my trees is very low so I had to climb underneath it to get the fruit 😅
Like a sour cherry. If they ripen fully they're sweeter.
I would say that they're a bit astringent, like cranberries.
I like sour things so to me they're delicious.
I froze mine last year because I didn't have time to process them whilst fresh.
If I can this year, I'm going to dehydrate some.

I made ketchup with the berries last year. Sharp and delicious 😋

My mirabelle plum trees are almost in full bloom and today there were many bees flying around them, gathering pollen 😊

Perhaps let them know you've had a delivery receipt and ask them to check in places the delivery service might have left it around their property as a safe place?
Gives them an opportunity to confirm it's been received without feeling accused.
