Jo, aktuell leider in vielen Dรถrfern die gleiche Shitshow aus AfD und Quer-Schwurblern die einen auf "Umweltschutz" machen, um die ganzen NIMBY Leute damit einzufangen. Beste Argumentation immer noch: Windkraft bรถse, CO2 gut, weil damit die Pflanzen besser wachsen kรถnnen. ๐Ÿคฆ Leider zum Verzweifeln.

Second in winter when we need the most energy the sun angle is low and the weather is often cloudy. Then every panel counts to provide enough energy to the heat-pump to avoid grid consumption (rather expensive here).
The inverter is only 12kW, as the panels are oriented in three different directions

I see that's quite a large house for European standards.

2 reasons for the high kWp: In Germany you get a small compensation for every kWh that you feed in. Mounting additional panels costs little compared to the overall installation, so amortization time is shorter.

145mยฒ house built in 2014 so quite well insulated. The house is heated via heat-pump, which also produces hot water. Everything else is electric as well. No air-conditioning or BEV (yet) though. 15kWp array provides roughly 15MWh energy per year, but we have only ~20% self-consumption atm.

Wow, that's an enormous amount of self-consumption. Almost 1/3 of what we have on a yearly basis. Is that just a lot of mileage on the car, or lots of heating/cooling of the house as well?

Ich fand das durchaus nett mit so wenig Kraftaufwand in den Fingern PassstraรŸen mit dem Mietrad auf Mallorca runter zu fahren. Aber so hรคufig fahre ich solche Strecken nicht und freue mich daher ansonsten รผber die simple und stรถrungsfreie/wartungsarme Technik.

While the coefficient is reduced, frontal area of SUVs is usually much larger, resulting in MORE drag rather than less as the text suggests.

Ah ok forgot you mentioned the otherwise clear sky and didn't know you were that far up north. My comparison is not quite right then, as it was mixed with thicker clouds here today. As reference on a clear sky day a few days ago the max power at noon was around 7-8kW.

What's the peak power of your panels and the inverter limit?
Are all panels in the same orientation?
At first glance it doesn't look that unusual to me, when I compare it to the peaks here today. With 14.7kWp (and 3 orientations), there were jumps from 2.5kW to around 11kW at noon.

Ich sage nicht, dass ich das persรถnlich sinnvoll halte. Aber wenn das Ziel ist diese Gerรคte in groรŸer Zahl zu verbreiten dann sollte das rechtlich wasserdicht und nicht Grauzone sein.

Wรคre es nicht auch wichtig die rechtl Rahmenbedingungen von steckerfertigen (AC)-Kleinspeichern zu klรคren/zu vereinfachen, รคhnlich wie bei den Steckersolargerรคten? Aktuell ist eine Anmeldung ohne konzessionierte Elektrofachkraft idR nicht mรถglich, was den legalen wirtschaftl Betrieb stark erschwert.
