I have come back from that god forsaken app and let me tell you, it is much more darker over there.
My azaleas and my lawn looks heavenly right now. 😌
When people’s lives, safety, and futures are on the line, people should vote based on societal impact, not ego or optics.
I didn’t really want to use this account for politics, but some things must be said. Performative voters irritate me. Voting isn’t a stage for self-righteousness, it’s a responsibility with real world consequences.
Well I guess both parties are not the same, for a lot of you.
Made my special shea butter concoction for my children. This is way better than using store bought lotion, because I only use natural ingredients such as coconut oil and baobab extract.

I have to use facebook from time to time for work and the amount of AI, misinformation and outright lies that are pushed onto my feed is ridiculous.
The degrade in user experience throughout most of social media (not Bluesky) is a sight to behold.
The ripple effect is going to be felt in the entire region for decades. But it also shows that we lessen our reliance on DC, because it will be unreliable going forward.
Their lives are still upended. And it will take years to work its way through the courts. Trust me on that.
And yes I am back. That other app has been terrible right now as MAGA has been celebrating their fellow Americans losing their jobs.
The DMV is going to be decimated with this quasi-RIF.

I took leave this week and of course it would snow today. And the children have no school.
