i'll mental reset and keep going at it, thanksiess frien!
or the right things atleastsies
also its jus i dunno if its good enough even when i try my hardestsies
i jus struggle a lot in generalsss
i should prob hide the timer so it won't affect me like that but my brain will still know it's going in the background :(
honestly i've been seeing a 2-3:1 ratio a lot so it prob takes me 2-3x the amount of time it takes a normal person to do something, i slow
but also just me and my adhd
i slow and also get distracted very easily tho that's a diff problem (but also i feel like somewhat brought on by worrying about the timers)
visibly timed things with a countdown timer really make me struggle a lot, i see 30 minutes pass in what feels like 10 and it demotivates me from continuing, both because i dunno if i can finish it within the countdown timer and the in general "it can't have been that long?" feeling
girl.

i normally use abcde for ripping in linux, it's commandline with a little configuration needed in /etc/abcde/abcde.conf or ~/.abcde.conf, but it's got a pretty nice feature set (it's been a while since i did any though)
depressle
ppl don't care about detail but it matters a lott to me, but instead of "good attention to detail" it's "why did this take you this long", toxic culture :(

Man with square wheels on a bicycle cartoon. Someone watching them go nowhere with a single circular wheel asking them to wait.
I don't think we realise how much technical debt we are building up right now at all using AIs in vibe coding madness. Good code takes time to do, from what I've seen we are unpicking AI. AI code produced quick, then takes 3 times longer to fix.... why bother π
nobully, i like irc though i know it doesn't do voice or video or even emotes outside of unicode, I'm going to try matrix and see if I can get other peeps to join too if it's all good
time to start using matrix :o (i was already thinking about it since discord is us-based anyway)

I found a card skimmer on Canada Computers' online checkout page. This malware steals any information you enter on the page and sends it to the attacker's website. The malware is a Magecart-style script that listens for keystrokes on input fields, validates them, and steals them. It's obfuscated and loads from CodePen through a disguised Google Analytics script (something a real payment processor would never do). The malware captures credit card number, CVV, expiration date, first name, last name, billing address, billing city, billing province, billing postal code, phone number and email address. I found this on January 18th when buying something on the website with DevTools open. I saw a suspicious WebSocket connection to rozenfeld[.]xyz. This domain isn't related to Canada Computers or any payment processor in any way. It looks similar to rozenfeld[.]ca, which I believe is a legitimate e-commerce related company. This could be an attempt from the attackers to seem legitimate. Keep in mind I'm just a person who does web development as a hobby, I'm not a cybersecurity expert. I have opened two support tickets with them via email to try and tell them about this privately and they have closed both with no response. I'm assuming this is because they thought it was a scam or prank. I'm posting this publicly because they're closing my support requests and because the skimmer is still on the website, stealing data. I have frozen my card that was stolen and have reported this to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre. PSA: If you have recently made a purchase from Canada Computers with a credit card, you will probably want to have that card cancelled.
