Led plate laps (7, 2nd most in a plate race for me!) and led at the white in the @varcracing.com 4 crown.
The real prize was getting Keith win #1, something that's been on my to-do list since he joined TCR in 2022. Badass move on the backstrech and held the field off for the win!
KEITH
Keith Black (#83) leads the field to the checkers in the VARC National Series Four Crown Finale at Talladega.
You wanted a new winner and an insane finish to the Four Crown, you got it.
Keith Black wins at Talladega!
@jmfellenbaum.bsky.social wins another Four Crown!!
Jason leads the overall 'ship by FOUR POINTS with two weeks left!
1. Keith Black
2. Ethan Ball (-0.005s)
3. Jason Fellenbaum (-0.017s)
We are being told that not only is this Keith's first VARC win, this is Keith's first private league win!! (This man has a five-digit iRacing ID, too!!)
Cheerios is not an easy brand to come up with schemes for. Been running them in leagues I've been in and I came up with one good scheme 2 years ago and then spent 2 weeks trying to figure out a good refresh on it
Solstice Cup Series Winner! Beating some of the best on iRacing is difficult, doing it on a strategy I thought sunk me was incredible. Good way to wrap that season up with a P2 in points as well!
NASCAR has good moments, but holy shit between the awful broadcast and too many caution laps there's so much to fix before this sport takes off again
Austin Hill and Ty Gibbs: two men of different stature, each are baby back bitches
Using a chemical compound that takes rubber and doesn't require a flame thrower to add grip has made this race awesome. Add in super soft tires and this has been the best Bristol race in a decade
In King Missile's song "Detachable Penis", singer John Hall says he has to buy his penis back for $17 after the starting point was $22. In modern money, this is the equivalent of buying his penis for $36.45 after the initial starting price of $47.17.
discussing cars at work has made me realize the problem with the cyber truck is it was made by Elon musk. This thing needed to be a GM product that they promoted so seriously that everyone agreed was a goofy ass car. Modern car industry is missing it's goofy ass car quota.
Fox is so terrible at broadcasting. Legit think your average iRacing broadcast could do better

Also of merit: the VARC Enduro Team was lucky enough to get into the same split with the Trent Curtis Racing entry.
They competed for the overall victory in the Cadillac GTP and after starting 13th, they ended with a 9th place finish, with 850 laps completed!!
How about last week's Four Crown finale!
TCR came and swept the podium, fastest lap, and pole position in a stunning Rockingham rout that saw David Krikorian clinch the National Series championship a round early AND be crowned the new Four Crown champion.
Congrats DK! Congrats Trent!
Trent Curtis gets a win at Rockingham, but David Krikorian gets not only his first Four Crown but also clinches the 2023B National Series championship with a race left in the season!!
Normal 6-6 NFL teams talk about wasting MVP seasons from their QB, whether or not their player who has more DV arrests than QB hits plays, and their coach accidentally saying "play like terrorists" right?
Post-race graphic for round 9 of the VARC National Series at Talladega. Nick Hanson won, the rest of the top five was Mike McConville, Davis Warren, Edwin Mendez, Matthew Largen. Mike McConville won pole position.
Tuesday night's Four Crown event at Talladega was one for the ages.
A late caution set up a Green-White-Checkered finish that allowed the @trentcurtis.bsky.social Racing team to get a podium lock-out, with @nickhanson76.bsky.social picking up his first VARC sanctioned win!
Only six races left!
Posting over here as well, the 2023 S8 Throwbacks for Great Lakes Truck Series!
Broc Feeney's reaction to losing the Bathurst 1000 shows the reaction to losing a meaningful race that's hard to win
In retrospect, I said what I said but I will always be a hater
so much for that New York "1985 Bears" Jets defense
I have tried Milo's Sweet Tea, and I am disappointed.
Winner!!!
If they took current Bristol and placed it anywhere else in the country and called it something else, it'd be the most beloved track in NASCAR
Listening to the Plankton covers of Pearl Jam songs have done is further validate my Pearl Jam agenda.
Watching football today has made me realize how thankful I am for Josh Allen
That was an excellent NASCAR race
