I love the whole series but Shift is my favorite. It took me a minute to get over the move away from Juliette and the silo, but I became pretty attached to Shift.
Have you read the books? The series has made some different choices from what is in the novels, but it's kind of like an amazing cover of a beatiful song - I love them both!

Starflight: I played a lot of videogames before Starflight, but it was the first game that really lit up my imagination in a new way and showed me the potential for storytelling, exploration, and adventure in videogames. It's one of the few videogames from childhood I've saved.
