- taking time to practice my skills, also to develop new knowledge and stay tuned into developments in audio.

- spending time with old friends, developing new relationships, and recently seeking out new contacts.

- keeping a diary, no matter how sporadic, to list tasks accomplished, contacts established, and broad business development plans (to do).

- Movement, hydration and nutrition. Generally, I’m up at 5 am. A few times a week lift heavy and train TaeKwon Do. A meal plan and weekly shop. With necessary indulgence.

Routine is everything I think, when life has less structure. The transition to being full-time self-employed was a mental challenge. But some things have become fairly essential - whether I like doing them or not… (what have I missed? What do you do, especially when things are quiet?)
