Yep saw that. I think it’s either laziness or time constraints rather than pure AI...generative fill could have been used even if initial photography was real. Back in the day, marvel outsourced posters to design studios like bltomato and ignition. I’d look there to see what tools they’re using.
Not too sure, it looks pretty legit to me. Most AI would not be able to do that level of cohesive detail all in one go. Maybe Flux with some in painting…possibly. But there are interesting details that an AI would absolutely not do. Like the long sleeves on the woman holding the camera.
