I think in order to devour someone, you need to send the character a catch request. If they are currently eaten or respawning, you can stalk them to get notified once they are available to catch again. The prey then needs to accept the catch request unless they set you to VIP or are collared by you.

A moth human with green and orange fur pattern reminiscent of the Rozy Maple Moth. She has 4 arms, with the top pair having 5 fingers on each hand, and the bottom two having only three, and are a bit shorter. She wears large round glasses, and a computer watch reminiscent of a slim pip-boy. Her antenna are large and fluffy, and her red hair extends down past her lower back, while her 4 wings reach to behind her knees. There are two small horns on her head, just behind her antenna, and her eyes are green with slits like a dragon's eyes. She has small cracks on the two exoskeleton plates on her chest.
