I will forwarn you, it may be difficult to find. I had to stalk ebay. I made my daughter fingerless mitts 12 yrs ago and the hat is to match. I'm certain if you're diligent you will be successful

I am self taught by you tube. It's easier for to watch a video that i can replay 100x without judgement. there are older ladies in my craft group who struggle with patterns so they follow along with you tube video patterns. If you're still willing to give it a go that might be a helpful option

Isn't the mayo clinic performing major surgeries without proper pain management for patients? I'm certain there was a woman begging for help on social media bc they performed brain surgery and refused to give her proper pain management.
