I don't know if I can answer the original post though. Maybe I became fully radicalised when I watched colleagues hyperventilate over pronouns and the term "chest feeding" rather than just getting on with providing practical support and care.

I will add to "recently had a pregnancy" anyone who has recently stopped breastfeeding. The hormonal changes are intense and also the change in fluid shift can affect how medication works. First fourteen days after weaning are the highest risk for mental health issues ๐ง โค๏ธ
Real chicken-or-the-egg vibes regarding design/depression. Hard to tell which came first.
Wore my Francesca t-shirt on Monday, scored some love from other badass women while doing it!

Coconut custard is lit. Use brown sugar in place of regular sugar, and it's awesome. Pandan infuse if you want to super elevate.
Supporting my local coffee roaster today. Barista admires my reusable cup, asks if I made it myself "...a lot of people picked up pottery in the pandemic?"
Me: "no, I just picked up depression"
And he very supportively said "well you're definitely not alone there"
$5 therapy โ
Literally the only podcast I'm not behind on.
Thrilled to hear that Brisbane's new BB bus routes are sharing names with prison wards in the NT. Seems apt.
And let's be clear that by "shopping" I actually mean "standing supportively over the shoulder of @antmandan.bsky.social while he swears at the terrible photo printing system"
The deep bloody irony of hearing "Shiny Happy People" while shopping at Officeworks.
Seriously though, f*ck Murdoch.
I had an absurdly good holiday in Adelaide. Food, wine, sports, nature, art, architecture. It really is the jewel in Australia's crown.
