This was pretty entertaining and insightful.
But it's important. And we realize that the answer to the question ('Who the fuck am I to say dick?) that he asks in the bridge is that we're someone. And that's enough.

Yeah this verse is nearly intact in all the versions, but it kind of hits home right now.
This was one of Rivers' favorite songs, but the rest of the band wasn't into it.
