South Carolina is the motherland for me. Finally went back after 10/11 years, and reconnected with some cousins and their fam 🫶🏽 I learned a lot about myself and my loved ones while also reconnecting to our ancestors.

the International African American Museum in Charleston was so immersive and beautiful bro I kept having immense moments of pride, empathy, and mourning. And I probably only saw 1/4 of the exhibits, PLUS they’re setting up some new ones soon too
