A hint, scraplets don’t have teeth on the back of their heads, and don’t bite again after that part is bitten or squished. In exchange I can give you frogs to eat.

Scraplets are not as scary as Insecticons. And you are not afraid of me. I agree though, that I am a good hunter. Wheelie also seems to be.

Frogs are very good. Maybe you can be taught to catch scraplets better, too.

[Bombshell landed in his altmode beside Soundblaster and nodded his buggy head. He found the humans screaming inside their falling hollowed out machines a little funny, but mostly no concern]

Humans will throw bugs and squish them all the time. This is okay.

[Now it was Bombshell who had to catch up. He flew after Soundblaster as fast as his boosters could manage, and aimed for the center of the bridge as the other crossed.

The bridge support was much thicker than the traffic light pole. It took longer to chew through to the point the bridge—

[Saying that it was easy meant that Soundblaster wanted increased difficulty!

The Insecticon darted sideways towards a moderately busy intersection and landed on a singularity branched pole that hung traffic lights. He munched to sever the steel branch and send it crashing into traffic]

[Bombshell didn’t stray as far away from Soundblaster’s roads as he could have, but cut corners widely to give himself advantages.

When a little ahead, he flew low enough to pick up a car in front of Soundblaster and turn it sideways, creating an obstacle]

[Bombshell readied his buzzing wings and thrusters and rose up before taking off. Soundblaster may be faster, but Bombshell could fly more directly without needing roads. The race may be a close one]

Bombshell will not eat Soundblaster. I can eat almost anything, but things that have lots of energy inside are the most tasty. Like seals and car batteries.

We should race each other to the city.

[Bombshell flew from his home at the hive and eventually landed on the water tower. He crawled under the lifted tank in his alt, upside down to hide in its shadow while he waited]

[Bombshell made it outside of the Autobot base. He shook himself to puff his plating slightly and hold more of the warm air inside to insulate against the cold, then deployed his wings and flew back to the Insecticon hive.

[Having only just scurried into the vent before being spotted, Bombshell froze up in the shadows for a while and listened to the humans’ conversation.

He was worried about the sound of his steps, and also greedy to find even more pieces of the Allspark than this— but most of all wanted to escape]
