Eliminate all plant foods and carbohydrates, eat only flesh, lactations and ovulations, and you'll enter the miracle land of ketogenesis. They say it reduces inflammation, clears your skin, and boosts your overall health.
It's complete nonsense.
Vegans can’t force you to go vegan - if we could you would be already.
The image is a meme featuring a cartoon character (Ralph Wiggum from *The Simpsons*) diving headfirst through a closed window, breaking the glass. The text above reads, "Them: 'I'm thinking of going vegan. Can you come over sometime to chat?' Me:" The image humorously conveys eagerness to discuss veganism.
Accurate 😂
A tweet from Pizza Hut Restaurants (@pizzahutuk) reads, "Here's a picture of our new vegan Pizza. Everyone tag Piers Morgan in it to ruin his day. Feel free to join in, @GreggsOfficial 🌱." Below the text is an image of a colourful vegan pizza topped with vegetables and drizzled with sauce, displayed on a black background. The tweet is dated 15:27, 3 Jan 19.
Who remembers this brilliant piece of marketing? 😅
The biggest political divide in food isn’t animals. It’s the environment. Both left and right broadly accept using animals, they just disagree about the details. Welfare debates manage the system. They don’t challenge it.

Two lambs are restrained in a handling cradle on a farm, lying on their backs with their legs raised and held in place by the equipment. A black panel separates the two positions of the cradle. In the background, other lambs and sheep move around a barn with metal railings, straw bedding, and hay bales. Tools and equipment rest on the metal frame in the foreground.
What kind of mind designed this?
A wide landscape view of a barren hillside under a clear blue sky. Dozens of sheep are scattered across the rolling field, grazing or resting on the grass across the slope.
Sheep are not part of the ecosystem 🐑
The UK was once a temperate rainforest.
Sheep farming is the reason it's gone 🌳
A ewe lies in green grass with her small lamb resting closely beside her. Both face the camera, with the lamb leaning against the mother’s body. The background is softly blurred countryside, highlighting the calm moment between the sheep and her baby.
Love is not unique to human families.
A little lamb's legs are meant for running, not for our plates.
Elephant rides are being banned in places like Indonesia. That’s progress. But removing the ride doesn’t remove the system. Zoos, safari parks, and wildlife attractions still rely on turning living individuals into tourist experiences.
Recent studies have hammered home a simple truth: eating a healthy, plant-based diet can drastically reduce your risk of dying from conditions like obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and dangerous blood clots.
A four-panel meme featuring the same woman pointing her finger in each image. The captions read: - Top left: "Age 4: 'Eat your fruit!'" - Top right: "Age 7: 'Eat your greens!'" - Bottom left: "Age 12: 'Eat your beans!'" - Bottom right: "After you go vegan: 'What am I supposed to cook for you now?!'" The woman looks progressively more perplexed in each panel.

Carnists should try visiting a farm sometime before judging vegans.
One of the hardest things about being vegan is seeing how easily people excuse the destruction caused by eating animals. The meat industry is behind 91% of Amazon deforestation, but hey, bacon.
Male chicks are killed within hours of hatching because they can't lay eggs or grow fast enough for meat. They're either ground up alive, gassed, or suffocated 🐣
Vegans have every right to speak out against animal exploitation. How that truth makes you feel is on you. Angry? Ask yourself why. Annoyed? Imagine how the animals feel. Not everything revolves around your feelings.
Elephants don’t belong behind bars. Not in zoos, not anywhere. They’re social, intelligent beings with deep family bonds - not entertainment 🐘

The image shows a peaceful scene with a sheep and two lambs lying on a grassy field. The sheep is gently nuzzling one of the lambs, creating a tender and caring moment. Overlaying the image is a quote by Lyn White that reads, "Since we can lead healthy, happy, fulfilling lives without harming those who share this world with us, why wouldn't we?" The text is in white, with Lyn White's name in green.
Why would we choose to harm others when we could easily not?
Leave lambs off your plate 🐑
A young farm worker in a barn holds a small lamb while spraying a blue marking dye onto the lamb’s back from a red aerosol can. The lamb looks toward the camera while other sheep stand behind metal railings in the background. Hay bales and wooden barn walls are visible around them.
This baby is being spray painted, marked as property. In just a few weeks, he'll be herded into a slaughterhouse, forced to watch the others go first. His final cries won’t be for his life — they’ll be for his mum.
Several lambs stand in a straw-filled pen beside a tall wooden fence. One lamb climbs the fence, stretching their front legs over the top rail while their back legs push against the boards. Two adult sheep on the other side lean down toward the lamb, touching noses through the gap. Other lambs with green spray markings gather below, looking up.
Animal farming tears families apart 💔
Grass-fed or not, cow flesh is a climate disaster. The emissions, the deforestation, the water use, the methane - it’s a perfect storm. And we’ve known it for decades.
France banned wild animals in circuses — now it's time to finish the job 🇫🇷
Giraffes don’t belong behind bars on display for profit. No zoo can mimic the savannah. No cage can give them freedom 🦒

A two-panel meme from The Simpsons. The top panel shows a glowing alien-like figure in a forest with the caption, "I bring you love." The bottom panel shows an angry mob with weapons, shouting, "It's bringing love. Don't let it get away!" and "BREAK ITS LEGS!" The meme is captioned: "Accurate representation of what it's like to be vegan.
