In conjunction with the open gate, we've had people coming in the building for months. The three attacks were internal, a schizo son of upstairs lady would stop taking his meds and then eventually set the building on fire. The police failed us too as we begged for help.

With regards to the housing assoc I don't know where my charges go, probably on the nonexistent complaints team.

And now he will be known as the killer of Ian Huntley rather than got the atrocities that got him behind bars in the first place.

I believe Huntley is the 4th person he's murdered, and the only guilty one.
