I tried to contact Alaska a full 7 goddamned days ago and didn't receive a response.
Gave it a shot. Honestly she should rethink a customer facing role.
To top it off, we had an absolute fuck of a time dropping our bags off at PDX on the way out due to a horrible Alaska employee at the baggage drop area. I'm waiting in line next time.
When we flew first from Istanbul to Doha the flight attendant was super mean to anyone who even approached that curtain AND they gave us tablets to watch stuff. Alaska is supposed to be one of the better ones but Middle Eastern airlines blow US airlines out of the water every time.
We flew first with Alaska from New Orleans to PDX not long ago and I waited for like a solid 30 minutes to use the first bathroom because people from coach kept coming up. I know, first world problems but I finally used their fucking bathroom. Jerks!
Yeah I'm pretty sure this is the same bag agent that was really rude to us a couple weeks ago. I emailed Alaska customer service about it and they never got back to me. She was truly awful.
