So how does that work with people who have resigned to take Presidential appointments?

3 States. Wisconsin, Michigan and Pennsylvania. Decided this election. Literally less than 250,000 people decided the outcome of this election. It's too easy for big money to target certain areas with propaganda, to sway a Presidential election, because of the Electoral College.

I believe the real purpose of some of these wacky appointments is to actually have the deputy of certain departments actually run said department, without being confirmed by the Senate.
