They aren’t developing pore blockers but allosteric modulators. Suzetrigine binds to the closed state. Does it get kicked off during the open state? Seems to me a pore blocker would work better… but I predict many side effects

From what I hear from multiple people in the space, the latest NIH indirect costs for medical research grants will basically mean the end most academic medical centers.
