Did a Bone-In Rib steak tonight in the Cast Iron. Seared it in duck fat and then basted. Forgot to take a closeup of the finish. It was more medium than Med-Rare.

My kids want to go. Tried to get 4 tickets together and the best price I found was about $1600. Pretty tough price point to take the whole family. May end up just taking my oldest as he’s by far the biggest fan.

Have you ever tried flattening the turkey to smoke? That’s my preferred way now. It just cuts down on so much cook time is the main reasoning for me.

See I’m Rousseau. I believe in this regimes ability to discover and elevate CB play. The DL has been a struggle to get consistent players from. Brining back AJE looks like a good move for them as well.
Realistically you’d love to have them all back but I’m not sure you can do that.
And if they have to go 3 LBs you feel much better about having Dorian as LB3 than whoever would be in that slot currently.
My wife goes next Friday and has been actively trying to get tickets for any other date as well 😂😂. It’s her Super Bowl so I get it.
