And the ultimate problem with forcing yourself (when there's no sign that you'll feel different later) is that you burn out. It's HARD. And when you're doing hard things every day, with no breaks, it breaks you a little. So, I'm tired right now. I don't regret having a taste of the 'feeling good'.

I've been having a hard time the past 2 months. I think, very quickly, I've had to lean on 'forcing myself' to do things again, daily. For a while, I was ACTUALLY feeling good while doing things, which itself was a motivator. But I think the chemical reaction stopped working again. I'm disappointed.
