Exactly my thoughts - after retiring from my first career, I became a masters student and am already thinking ahead to my first PhD, more for the love of learning and following my passions than money or employment. Using AI seems a complete waste, even when I am feeling overwhelmed.
Just so we're all clear, this is a war crime and would be punishable by life or death under U.S. law.
And as a fun related legal fact, the failure of a commander to punish war crimes by his subordinates is also a war crime under the doctrine of command responsibility.

"Declaring that no quarter will be given" is specifically prohibited by Art 23 of the Annex to the Hague Convention IV, which means it is a war crime under US domestic law by virtue of the War Crimes Act (18 U.S. Code § 2441).

I don’t know who called off the Target boycott, but my wife and I haven’t been there since last January, and we have no plans to go back.
