Yeah it's surprisingly heavy considering how powdery it is! Can't make a good snowball with it.
Do you mean the average in the early 1900s was 16 days, or that in the winter of 1925-26 there were 16 days? It’s good to keep reminding people that the “averages” we talk about are just for recent, climate-warmed years!
