Here’s my send off to Lorwyn. Over too soon. I formed a team of amazing people for this event, went 5-2-1 on day 1 after a round 1 draw and exceeded my expectations. Got to see some friends day 2 (even my partner for the first time)!!

The way the ending chase sequence was filmed and edited could be maybe done by like 2 other people on the planet. MAYBE. One of the biggest technical and artistic achievements I’ve ever seen in a film

I’ve said this before but you gotta stop describing mid/boring/bad media as “looks like AI.” Unless it was actually used in the development of the thing, we absolutely do not need to be blurring this line between bad decision making, and functionally no decision making.

I’m so done with Standard after this next rc cycle, and probably done with all of comp Magic. Every mythic is so fucking expensive I see no reason to try and pretend I can afford the game anymore.
I’m just happy I have one less version of every rare and mythic ever printed to scroll past when I go to buy cards. Please take away the planeswalker stamp next!
I don’t see how anyone would actually care about them. They just made sorting, buylisting and cataloging cards (especially for stores!) needlessly complicated. Also they kinda felt fake
