Holy shit! This goes to a run-off, but this district could turn blue!
The Fairness Doctrine never prohibited lies. To do so would have violated the 1st amendment. Lies are protected by the 1st Amendment with the exceptions of defamation, perjury, and fraud.
In case you want to verify what I've said, here is the actual Fairness Doctrine:

Who predicted this? Everyone predicted this.
I hope Sascha Riley is able to get meaningful, professional help now that he is no longer in the clutches of Voldeng.
Oh, is there a rift between Sascha Riley and the handler/grifter?
OK I am going to hell but I am getting joy out of this.
She can characterize it however she wants. She was not involved in the litigation.
And do you now get that you had the two cases mixed up?
I can't control what some reporter says. Bloom was not involved in the litigation. I gave you the proof. Official court documents.
Again, she was brought in to handle the PR.
And if you read it, you will see that her attorney was Thomas Meagher in case 2 (as the documents I posted will show you) and Meagher, Evan Glassman, and Cheney Mason in case 3. She was pro se (no lawyer) in case 1. Yes, Bloom is mentioned in the article but she was not involved in the litigation...

Here are articles about the "new case" = the missing files case= South Carolina, 1980s = bit the mushroom case as apparently the one I just posted for you wasn't sufficient.
She's Jane Doe 4 in this lawsuit, which was settled. She did not sue Trump. Just Epstein.
As I said, she was brought in to handle the PR. She arranged for an interview with CNN that never aired. She arranged for and attended the Daily Mail Interview. And, of course, she arranged for the press conference that was cancelled.
Here are all three of the court cases. Let me know when you find her name on any of them.

Thank you so much for what you have done.
raped her. Later she was taken the NY/NJ (she wasn't sure) and was forced to give Trump oral sex and she bit the mushroom. This was the case where the three files were missing.

No, you have the two cases mixed up. Katie Johnson was in 1994 in NYC and no claim of biting. Bloom was not her attorney in the litigation. She was brought in to handle the PR. Her lawyer was Thomas Meagher.
The girl who bit the mushroom was a case in the 1980s in South Carolina, where Epstein
Oy vey. Can the veterinarian run interference on this? Unless it is a crisis situation - and it doesn't sound like it is - the vet could tell her that it can wait a few days.
Abolishing the Fairness Doctrine had no impact whatsoever on the creation of FoxNews nine years later. The Fairness Doctrine did not and could not apply to any medium other than broadcast tv & radio stations. Had it remained in effect, FoxNews could have emerged just as it did.
I keep telling my husband, who struggles to write: just get it all down on paper. We can go back over it later. Get your thoughts down on that paper!
Honestly it makes me want to rip their heads off with my bare hands!
I keep a plastic pitcher of water on the coffee table. Cockatoo just got furious at that pitcher being on HIS table. He ran at it, wings flapping, and pushing it till it fell off the table. Then he puffed himself up with proud defiance. Do NOT put that back on the table, Mom!
Shameful. Republicans are seriously bad people, through-and-through.
And then you go down the rabbit hole with the Tonks stuff and his allegations against Virginia Giuffre, Sarah Ransome, and Maria Farmer.
If you run across the Sara McCune allegations or the Sarah Elizabeth Allick stories, feel free to DM me. I've already run those to ground.
Have you seen this?

In my view, it is a case of recovered memories and he is being exploited by his "handler" who refuses to bring in professional private investigators or attorneys and claims she has filed aclaim with the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights.
