Today's #wipwednesday is a new colorway of the Mystic Seas Necklace. It's totally out of my wheelhouse, but it's growing on me.

LOL not at all. I've had this happen for maybe 2% of my work, but the rest comes from vague ideas, play, failed experiments, frustration, stubbornness, and serendipity.
For today's #wipwednesday I finished two more panels for my next Byzantine Box. Two more to go!
Today's throwback is the Polaris Pendant. I made a ton of these for Christmas, but they also remind me of fireworks. πβπ«ππ

Today's #wipwednesday is a new pair of earrings designed to match the Moons of Saturn Necklace. Though I guess it's only a WIP in the academic sense, because all it needs is the ear wires π
Preorders are now open for the 2025 Advent Box! Check it out at www.beadorigami.com/products/2025-advent-box
Today's #wipwednesday is a new colorway of the Byzantine Box, my new project coming to the SFJAG Club Bead next year. Learn more at www.sfjag.org/club-bead-2026
Cute egg! So sorry that the RA is so crappy. Hugs β€οΈ
Kits are back in stock for all five colorways of the Zowie Zinnia Necklace. It's super fun to stitch, and clearly I couldn't make just one. Check them out at: www.beadorigami.com/products/zowie-zinnia-necklace
Today's throwback is my favorite way to use two-hole triangles πΌ

Darn... Math is always better with a cheese snack.
Is that cheese? Please tell me thatβs cheese.

Once upon a time, when I was first starting to bead, if you had told me that Valerie Hector would be interested in hearing me ramble on about my work I wouldn't have believed you. Seriously though, this was a professional honor, and I can't wait for all of you to see the whole thing :)
I finished my new Haven Pendant, this time with a ladybug instead of a butterfly.
Kits for both versions are available at: www.beadorigami.com/products/haven-setππ¦π
Wow that's pretty!
Stitching some beaded flowers in time for March. Also, how is it almost March?
That musical is on constant repeat in my house. Hermes is my daughter's favorite too!
They look like delicious candy. But something tells me that I probably shouldnβt eat them π
The Moons of Saturn Necklace in turquoise and gold. I'm more prone to pair turquoise with bronze, but I fell in love with the Saturn beads that inspired this colorway.
All three colorways of the Floating Keystone Necklace. They all look so different and it's hard to pick a favorite!
I'll be teaching this workshop via Zoom with SocialBeadia in March, and again with Creative Castle in October. Dates and more info at: www.beadorigami.com/pages/worksh...
The Moons of Saturn Necklace in bronze and pinks. I lifted its colorway from the Czech Saturn beads, which is always a fun color exercise. More info about this workshop at: www.beadorigami.com/pages/worksh...
The third colorway for my Floating Keystone Zoom workshop. I just love its contrast between the matte greens and the shiny purples.
I finished a new colorway of the Floating Keystone Necklace, this time in Jet AB with blue and silver. There's something about the sharp lines and angles in this piece that makes it so satisfying to stitch.
