At the same time, to your survey, I think almost everyone is extremely uncertain about what the future holds. People are very uncertain what their career prospects will look like nevermind their children’s.

Enjoying ChatGPT and being uncertain about the future aren’t mutually incompatible

ChatGPT has like 800 million weekly users. Weekly! Thats a significant percentage of the non-China internet using global population! Like a very meaningful percentage!

So no I very much don’t think the average Blueskyer is similar to the average human.

I think that people downloading apps is a pretty accurate proxy for people using said apps!

And I think most people are either no opinion or quite comfortable using ChatGPT. I’d wager the usage of LLMs amongst high schoolers and college kids is upwards of 90%
