Started lithium last december, my diagnose is very recent and i'm just discovering what treatment works well for me. For now, lithium is stabilizing me well so far, but i was on valproate mid manic AND depressive episode.

Diane, I spoke with a Shadow THE Hedgehog today. He said he was "the ultimate lifeform," and you know, I think I believe him. He did things with a chaos emerald you wouldn't believe! He kept mentioning a Maria -- influencing the ultimate lifeform, now that's a character I think I'd like to meet!
