This is Shizuka Bernal. Mother of Rita(Delta), Michele, and Lena. She's an elite veteran ARKS operative who used to be a frontline operative during her prime youthful time before climbing up the ranks and then ended up working in administrative desktop duties. Currently holding the rank of Major General(Army) or Rear Admiral(Navy). She has worked hard for her family to live a comfortable yet wealthy life as part of the prestigious Bernal family. Tragedy struck when her husband passed away prior to the events of the main PSO2/NGS story from a mission that went wrong. She wears her dogtags and keychain necklace as a reminder of not only her proud past but also her beloved husband whom she loved so much
