I was at the gym last night when I overheard a few guys talking about women with BBLs (Brazilian Butt Lifts). Two of them were all for them, but one guy was like, "Nah, the cake is a lie."
More of a "duh" moment, actually. I knew all these things were happening, but I it never occurred to that me life had been stolen from those at the top. Not in the way we usually think about.
Oh well, just me trying to be insightful and probably missing the mark, as usual.

Our freedom to live as we please was stolen from us. We deserve to travel freely, live leisurely, meet new people, and make new memories without worry to the cost or financial inability. We may have little freedoms here and there. Reprieve. They are distractions at best, and sadly, we need them.
Came to the realization that we are all living the wrong lives. We were not meant to work, to slave away to barely survive, to grow deeper in debt, while the oligarchs reach closer to $1 trillion every day.
