It is me, mathematician Prof. Steven Aaardvark! I have arrived on bluesky. I specialise in low-to-medium order topos theory, and have been described as both a parody of a mathematician and an occasional source of humour.
It is difficult to compare the skill of professional mathematicians, because they have many different specialisms and capabilities.
However, I am reliably informed that Terence Tao is exactly twice as good as Terence Pi.
I am looking forward to conducting my first DPhil viva of 2026, which I will host tomorrow.

Happy New Year everyone! I do not understand the tradition of New Year's Resolutions but as usual will try to respect it. The 2026 resolution should be easy for me to follow, as I currently maintain a buffer zone between different Cypriot communities anyway.
