IF they considered themselves so, I wouldn’t have shipped them cause that would feel weird to me…but they never did, and Mikasa’s feelings for Eren were always framed by the narrative as romantic for me. But if they ever referred to one another as brother/sister I would have been icked lol

(AND I didn’t and still don’t get mad if it personally makes someone else feel weird, but to call it “OBVIOUSLY incest” and that I defended incest…? 😭 Anywaysssss…😭)

(I was super into AOT c. 2014 and shipped Eren and Mikasa because I considered them more of childhood friends BECAUSE they lived under the same roof *less than* a year when Eren’s parents took her in, so imo that’s not enough to establish a sibling relationship, so it wasn’t weird *to me*.)

I think it depends on the situation? Close-knit long-term foster home feels more sibling-y than an orphanage situation?

Only time I could see this being *not icky* is if it’s more of a video about how to prepare and be safe and/or maintain a level of anonymity at a protest. But it sounds like that’s not what the content was at all 😬

BUT what frustrates me is that I have a mostly flexible schedule trying to coordinate training classes with people that DON’T have flexible schedules, so I would like them to…GIVE ME DATES/TIMEFRAMES, BUT THEY DON’T.

Ya know, I think the hardest think for me work wise is balancing being a people pleaser and having choice paralysis with being assertive when it comes to scheduling things
