After 3 knee surgeries and 2 1/2 years of whinging. I have just managed a 2 mile walk without a stick! Long way to go but the sense of achievement is fab!

Thought the car was wrong, but everything still iced over at 3pm.

-4 last night according to my car. Hoping tonight won’t be quite so chilly. Had to bring hibernating torts into the sun lounge.

Toad in the hole here tonight. It’s a night for warm comfort food, not the salad I’d bought!
