Any customer who actually cares about this needs to at least set the tone by saying “please” and “thank you” to begin with.

Maybe I’m missing the point here but I feel like a lot of the people he’s talking about have a habit of glossing over the fullest and gravest implications of what they’re advocating for.

We need more “let’s do (or praise) the right thing and explicitly make the case for it” and less “let’s premise everything we do on how we think conservatives will react.”
