Honestly, it’s a game worth trying before you learn anything. There’s a free demo on Itch.
The mysteries of what is what and what you’re told versus not told makes the first experience unforgettable
It has a really unique beauty to it that I found very charming. There’s a lot of thought to make everything feel overwhelming to keep it realistic while maintaining unfamiliarity.
A game like this is my first Psychological Horror that I ever tried.
My first run ended because I stepped on glass.
It’s the Experiment avatar by Akittu which is from Casualties: Unknown.
I knew nothing about the game before going into it. Zero research and I didn’t even look at the genre.
Little did I know that I quite literally had a “Baby’s first psychological horror” moment with my first “death”
It’s called Casualties: Unknown.
It looks simple at a first glance and you wouldn’t expect it to get difficult with how the tutorial teaches you stuff but things get very real, very quick.
There’s a playable demo on Itch that is definitely worth trying, but the contents in it are VERY heavy.
Oh, this avatar base is from a video game! I wonder what the source material is like?
And the demo of it is free on Itch! Might as well give it a try since I don’t know anything about it.
