I used a full face one for my titration sleep study and liked it a lot so hopefully I get lucky!
I'm finally FINALLY close to getting my CPAP/APAP machine to start treating my sleep apnea 🙌
Now I need to start the process of finding a mask that works well for me and honestly it feels a little daunting 🥴
