I like the playful imagery, especially “sparkling ladies.”
I like the Cinderella metaphor here.
This reminds me of when I got tired of explaining my feelings to my mother and sister. For a couple of days, instead of naming the feeling after that dreadful “How are you?”, I decided to show them a picture of a Persian cat that matched my mood. It was healing—go ahead with your popsicle idea.

oh Amy 😂😂😂
I like the rhythm of the poem and the sense that the child may have retreated upstairs from the revelry below. Back then, children usually stayed away from the adults’ party.

Thank you for the feature.
this is one of my favorite songs thank you for posting it
I like the vivid imagery and the unexpected connection between the painted dolls and Mama’s red lips.
I appreciate how this paintku shifts the child's position from inferior to superior to the adults.
Kris, I like the humor in the first one, and focus on the child’s imagination in the second one.
it's much more anchored than mine tbh smh
This is just too adorable. I adore this interpretation of the painting. 😍
(Rockwell seems like a cool neighbor to have.)
