After looking at the photo's caption ("...an old house in Bangkok's walking street.") I'm left wondering, which walking street? (There are so many!) Looks a lot like an place in the Talat Noi neighborhood that's been a cafe at times, that one is asked to pay to enter (not happening!).

I often see b&w photos where I think color was stripped in an (often failed) attempt to "save" it. But then, eliminating color has ALWAYS been a tool that CAN "rescue" otherwise meh photos. See also dodging & burning, cropping, adjusting contrast....

Interesting place (฿฿฿), but it left me with a sense of being a bit inauthentic and over-the-top. The business man behind its creation was also responsible for Ancient Siam and the Erawan Museum, two other places that share the same sort of vibe. Similar vibes as the White Temple in Chiang Rai.

This picture captures the chaos of overhead wires in Bangkok, Thailand. The utility pole is overwhelmed by a chaotic and dense tangle of communication cables, as one person standing at the top of a ladder and another is climbing the ladder. They are in the process of working amidst the complex wiring system, adding another wire to the tangled web.
