Oh yes. I always have to make sure I don't walk too far from home in case I can't get back because I've hit my limits. In the early days, too eager to get fit instantly, I did push a bit too hard and almost got stranded! Learnt my lesson, so I'm more careful these days...

And the Wrath of Khan soundtrack is another cracker. Horner has a different style to Goldsmith, but it's briiliant for the more action-y film.
300 pages is a good length for a book. Anything over 500 has to be *spectacularly good* to justify its length.

Made it to the edge of the countryside today - first time this year & also the farthest I’ve walked this year. It’s not quite the equivalent distance to the local shop, let alone the trip back & the hilly bits too.
Hard work & breathless, but it’s progress towards the goal!

Funny thing is, though, it's probably my last officially delivered Radio Times for a while because I think my subscription has now run out & with the RT subs website being utterly broken for months I haven't been able to renew - or even check the exact date the subscription actually runs out.

The Radio Times has been delivered - 8:15am on a Tuesday. First time on a Tuesday (the supposed correct day for delivery) since around October.
