ICE has spent the past two months racially profiling Minnesotans. During my oversight visit to Whipple yesterday, I demanded they make a change and get their untrained agents off our streets. Kristi Noem’s DHS has inflicted lasting trauma on our community. I won’t stop pushing for accountability.

I’m working on my first novel and have already had this sort of thing happen. Fiction is so trippy. Like this crucial think happens that defines so much but then it doesn’t work in the end and has to be cut. Newspaper writing kills darlings left and right but still hits different. Idk why.

Luckily today is even payday for me.

Well, at least some Republicans did the actually Christlike thing: vote no on coercion.

The federal presence in Minnesota has been especially tough on our local businesses.

Choosing to shop local, grab takeout, or visit a neighborhood store is one way we can stand with our neighbors and continue to show the nation what it means to respond with care and decency.
