Purely anecdotal, in April 23 we were monitoring natterjack toads in Maharees during a dry spawning season. I'd always assumed cattle roaming on dunes was all negative - but hoof prints seemed to retain water much better in ponds that were drying up, and tadpoles teemed around dung pats!

- this morning, battery discharge reached almost 500MW, or roughly 8% of electricity demand 🔋
- just after 12pm, solar output exceeded 1GW (roughly 20% of demand) for the very first time ☀️

I really like show, think he really brings to life so much! Saw it first in church in Dingle, better in small venue. First half last night was disrupted by multiple phones going off, he handled it well but definitely affected flow.

This was my 4am attempt in West Kerry. Sky was clear when I got up, by time I had phone out and set up for night shot, clouds had started to roll in!

The little bit of #speirgorm we had on north side of the peninsula earlier has disappeared, along with Brandon mountain and Cloghane. A bit damp out there for a walk atm! Though after an hour in Brandon Bay sauna this morning, I can confirm it's toasty warm in there ... and ice cold in the plunge!
While we have now passed the threshold for Ireland, at 120%, France are at 377.99%!
I can't believe only 12,179 Irish citizens have signed this.
