This 3D print is my absolute favorite! My thoughtful husband created it as a Christmas gift for our daughter’s figure skating coaches. Isn’t it just the cutest? #EduSky

A collection of small 3D-printed holiday-themed figurines is displayed on a countertop. The figures include reindeer with red noses and a white and gray cat wearing a Santa hat and scarf. The figurines feature cartoon-like eyes and festive details, with some lying down and others standing upright.

My husband’s latest hobby: 3D printing! These custom Christmas trinkets are his way of adding a personal touch to my colleagues’ holiday season. Pretty impressive for a new skill, don’t you think? #EduSky

How to Assess Individual Students in PBL Philosophies and strategies for assessing individuals in a team project.

Assessing individuals in team PBL projects always comes up as a wonder when we coach teachers in Project based learning, so my colleagues at @appliedcoaching.bsky.social asked me to write a blog post with some ideas. I hope it's helpful! #PBL #edusky www.appliedcoaching.org/post/how-to-...

I initially tried filtering out "PBL" related to bike lanes and "PBL" with meanings in Dutch. However, I realized that might limit the quality of future conversations. After all, what if someone wants to create a PBL experience focused on protected bike lanes in the Netherlands? πŸ‡³πŸ‡±πŸš΄β€β™€οΈπŸ€·β€β™€οΈ πŸ˜‰ (2/2)

Working on some content for @appliedcoaching.bsky.social this morning whilst my daughter grabs some time on the ice. What are some of the places you've tried to get work done, #edusky folks?

Would you like a glimpse of schools on the South Island of Aotearoa πŸ‡³πŸ‡Ώ? In March, I visited schools in Dunedin, where Māori culture is beautifully woven into school lifeβ€”from welcoming ceremonies to houses named after local landmarksβ€”connecting students to their land, history, and identity. #edusky

I’m on the Facilitator Team! I first saw the curriculum in 2020 and knew I had to be part of it. It’s the way kids should be learning science. I’ve seen amazing changes in classrooms across the country because of it.

Hey y'all! I'm coming over here to check out the #edusky community! I live in Colorado and love all things #Inquiry and #PBL. (Of course I am also awfully fond of my family and pets, too.) When I'm not creating ed resources or facilitating professional learning, you can usually find me outside.
