Les quatre jours d’audiences ont démarré lundi. Une fois celles-ci terminées, la Cour aura soixante jours pour communiquer sa décision.

Interestingly, neither the prosecutor nor the defence can appeal this decision “until Mr Kony has been notified of the decision upon his surrender to the Court.”

I do wonder why - given the overlapping nature of many of these arguments - we don't have any joint submissions like we have seen in some interventions recently. Possibly it was just because of the very short timeframe, States didn't have time to negotiate.
