My guy Erik Kortz (ekballer on X) created this Rookie Pick Value Cycle a few years ago. Such a useful tool and deserves a spot on here as well. I reference it often when cooking up dynasty trades. We are nearing peak time to buy dynasty rookie picks.

Build trade relationships by making fair, thoughtful offers. So many managers try to work over their leaguemates and insult them in the process, which only spoils future negotiations. I also have a preferred roster construction that has worked for me. Maybe most importantly, I live by this:
