I used to facetiously say "you can legislate the value of pi to be 17 but it won't change the area of a circle" never thought I'd see it in an actual Bill. But this applies permanently until revoked? So if, say, there was a coup in Rwanda, this would still hold unless explicitly revoked? Yikes
