Como chiste: me compré el cartucho en el 2007 en 10 lucas y dudé caleta al respecto porque pensé que estaba carísimo y me estaban cagando... para que cachen cómo han cambiado las cosas
Fue el tremendo viaje. Mi inglés valía callampa pero aprendí harto. No era mi primer RPG, pero fue uno de los primeros en disfrutar a mil (al menos en los de turnos o con mucho texto). Fue uno de los últimos juegos que disfruté mucho en SNES antes que saliera el N64. Good times
Mi única opción era el arriendo y que te respetaran una grabación era webeo. Lo terminé porque el tío del local que arrendaba avisó que respetaran los saves al resto (ni siquiera recuerdo cómo se llamaba pero le tengo cariño, pongo en duda que esté vivo, ya estaba en sus 70s)
Soy un agradecido de Super Mario RPG. Me enteré que se venía por Club Nintendo y me costó entender que quisieran hacer un RPG de Mario. Cachaba que era un género popular en Japón pero acá era algo ultranerd. Tenía 12 años, todo esto fue antes de Final Fantasy VII

The final panel is all hallucination and sees him being carried off by a dog headed god and placed in a crib, which we will learn are analogues for what’s really happening to him. At the end there’s a meanwhile panel in the real world as two moustachioed men talk to a camel driver
The first “drug induced hallucination” sequence I ever saw in comics (or any fiction) - so memorable I’d have sworn it was at least one page long, maybe two
