It's similar to what Ojamas do by blocking monster zones, same concept applied to DDM. There are monsters in the game that have effects to place Shelled Ground to disrupt your opponents dungeon placement, for example Insect Queen
I don't think I explained Shelled Ground before. It's a mechanic in the game that places an object in an unused square on the board. It means that both players can't use that space and have to build their paths around it
Monsters of the week is Giant Soldier of Stone. A highly defensive monster with an effect to remove obstacles via Shelled Ground in the dungeon. A classic card used by Yugi

Some updates from Gaia, he's testing prints of new original figure to add to DDM. He got sold the rights to these artworks to use for the game, they're inspired by the classic vanilla YGO art style and they turned out pretty good

I played around with it for a while and it's very impressive, however it still feels like a WIP. I do wish it has a tutorial and a solo mode to play against an AI opponent, it currently has PvP rooms. I'll leave a link for you guys to try it out yourselves

Wanted to share this, a person made a DDM simulator that's playable for online play. A person named Heramy posted this on a DDM Discord, there are currently 109 playable monsters to use. It's in French but has an English setting
