Federal President Parmelin launches six new National #Centres of Competence in Research in medicine, climate, physics and chemistry. The #Confederation has set aside over CHF 98 million to be spent between now and 2029 and additional funding will be provided by #higher education institutions.
The Federal Department of Economic Affairs, Education and Research (EAER) has decided to launch an additional #NCCR program specifically for humanities and social sciences. Further information on this call will be available in summer 2026.
