I think UFO50 is a 10/10 game and it's also the *most* "Video Game" a video game has ever been, but it's not my favorite.
Radiant Dawn and Skies of Arcadia on the other hand are deeply flawed 7 or 8/10 games that you can pry from my cold dead hands.
