This one was also my go-to karaoke song.
Content warning for this video though... SA/violence, children in distress. It's more rough than I remembered:

It's like saying scabs are smarter than union workers. No, you've sacrificed principles for quick and short-lived pick-me cash.
Thank you.
If only I had BelYved harder, it would have been.
I bought in at $90 USD... not, y'know, a lot of stock, but I've basically written it off as a total loss at this point.
Yeah, I get it and I agree with the targets listed... I also acknowledge I have a higher sensitivity to catching strays about this specific topic.
I'm just saying... more precision with the language would have been more appreciated: unhinged behavior, 'too much time on their hands' behavior, etc.
It sucks that an absolutely spot-on observation gets couched in language that fails to read a room in which so many in the industry are unemployed (and not the source of this behavior).
Like, as an unemployed gaming industry employee, it's hard to fully co-sign without wincing.
At least with ARC Raiders, they try to drop you onto servers with other peaceniks... Marathon is all raw bloodthirst all the time.
tbh, I don't know what half the shit in my pack even is.
To be fair, they didn't put her in the movie, so...
Her name is Alex!
Text from a post that reads "I think you should stop humiliating yourself."
A quote from a person a dozen posts deep into this defense of the spelling of a fictional murderer's name:
Not Quรฉbรจc though... there it's "Lecteur".
Number three!
We all agree that Voyager has the best intro, right?
Like, Lower Decks is an extremely close second, but Voyager wins by being first and introducing the idea of the wildest intergalactic vistas.
All of these people have assistants and aides and stylists and facilitators and not a damn one can find the solution to this intractable issue.
And praising Scott Presler, who is also a huge islamophobe and political hack!!
It... could easily be exactly this.
You could customize her hair color and submit your 1040.
I went to the hospital and was like, "these guts are bad... you gotta give me all new guts. Sorry."
"Ahhh, you are right of course... I regret the error. It is not spelled correctly. The proper spelling is M I S H C H C H I E V I OO # S"
"Allow me to summarize the responsibilities in the town you have agreed to so far:
- eliminate 10 wolves in the northern forrest
- locate and retrieve Penelope's mishceivous lost puppy
- unite the three Power Crystals to break the Vizier's curse
Would you like me to produce a map of likely POIs?"
Hard to beat a band with a young Cy Toliver (red shirt) in the mix!
Most painful thing I ever experienced! Hope you feel better asap!
Don't let the survivors guilt get to you.
Ideally, you do what you do because you enjoy doing it, even if corporate overlords make that difficult.
Treat your coworkers well and take comfort in each other. You may not be able to do anything alone, but together, maybe.
All of the programmers working crunch because they wanted to hit cruise control and kick back in the gaming industry when they could otherwise get twice as much at, like, a bank or something.
The thing is... I have never met a dev who set out to make something people didn't like. They may have been mistaken in trying to guess (or stubborn in thinking they know better), but the whole reason people make games is so that people will play them.
It's similar to "targeting" a 90+ metacritic because then the team will arrive to exceed that mandate and push to improve the game's quality as much as possible.
But then, when the game ships because of enforced date, the 85 it gets is a gross failure to meet expectations.
I want the full catalog, hot damn!
